PROVING Mass Effect’s Indoctrination Theory! ►

Are you a Kid or are you a Squid? The question has plagued the gaming community since… well okay not that long ago, but it was SPLATOON’s main marketing slogan! And in truth, Inklings are fascinating: bipedal childlike creatures one moment, blooper-like ink swimming cephalopods the next. But is it possible to ever truly know if Inklings are more Squid-like or more Kid-like? YES. Yes it is. And today I will prove to you that Inklings are ABSOLUTELY more one than the other!

  1. Sorry to be that guy but its out right staded in the lore that inkling come from a squid

  2. This could a been 5 minutes if he just read the in game lore it litlrey has a picture of squid coming to land and evolving so it being squid to kid

  3. About the Inklings, and Octolings having lungs to help them breath that is completely false. As Nintendo themselves revealed after the release of Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion that the reason why Inklings, and Octolings are able to survive on land via their skin basically when squids, and octopodes adapted/evolved into the Inklings, and Octolings part of becoming a "land-dwelling" species was that their skin became much thinner then usual and it basically functions like frog skin. To explain Inklings, and Octolings use their thin skin to breath by absorbing water/moisture molecules in the atmosphere however this thin skin comes at a cost as being completely submerged in saltwater will kill them and warm freshwater serves as a irritant, meaning water itself doesn't kill them as Inklings, and Octolings can survive in cold freshwater, and snow which is frozen freshwater, and is immune to rainwater on the condition that it is a freezing rain.

  4. Everyone: humanity was killed by rising sea levels. Me, realizing inklings die in water: ok sure i guess that could work.

  5. I kinda thing if they ARE squids, humans still exist, or did recently. Why? ( Don’t get cooked stay off the hook) that sound a little weird 2 u matpat?

  6. i came here to watch slpatoon theorys, not a genetics class!

  7. No one:

    Literally no one:

MatPat: hello internet, welcome to GAY!

  8. Thanks for giving us evidence of a plural word for octopus Game Theorist.

  9. “Hello internet welcome to gay!” Best into ever

  10. My game theory is that millions of years after mammal went extinct, squid managed to evolve into squid people and back. They started making structures and forming civilizations when they discovered how different coloured ink affected them. They started making weaponry and attacking each other trying to coverage much land as possible with their own ink varient. With Splatoon 2 a d the Octo expansion, they got an enemy. They were octopuses that had gone onto land but formed diffrently. They saw how the world now was about fighting and fought strong. Agents were sent out to stop them but scientists thought to create a better version and more human (well at this stage more inkling like) octonarians. They first had some that escaped but set the rest into war. Hope that makes sence. 😊

  11. So they have cartilage which is very bendable so that makse it so they can go through grates and stuff but they are made of ink in squid form so its way easier to go through

  12. gg squid is also the answer in a lore perspective

  13. Welcome to gay theory where we check all the flags of the LQBTQ+ community.

    school: starts to get up
Me: HEY NOT YOU IT'S YOU Point's At game theory)
